Hey everyone,
    Ana Doll Sister 2 here. Its almost at the end of the day, its 8:42pm on my end here. And i have some homework and stuff to do. I still havn't broken yet. And i dont plan on it. I really am determined about this time around. I find that this Live Journal really helps me. Anyways, Ive only chewed and spit twice. Once at around 5 when i woke up from my nap, I chewed and spit a hotdog mm loved the taste. ahah And just a couple minutes ago i chewed and spit a cabbage leaf. It was cooked. My mom is making cabbage roles. My favourite :(
    I swear I love food. So i think that this chew and spit thing is really going to be a daily thing. Atleast when i have urges. Ive only done it twice today, so if i tend to have urges tomorrow. I definately am not going over 2 chew and spits. Im going to aim for no chew and spits tomorrow, But we will see how that goes.
    Im proud of myself though because usually if i chew and spit i end up swallowing the food.
Anyways! I have homework to do! And a test to study for tomorrow. So good luck to everyone else out there. Think Thin, and stay skinny! :)

    Been trying this for a while, really staying motivated to this one. Im excited. Ive done great today. I havnt had anything. I had 2 sips of orange juice this morning, but then i looked at the back of the juice box and it was 90 cals so i threw it out. So thats about maybe 10 cals? Not sure, anyways i havnt had any temptations really. I came straight home and i passed out. I just woke up from my nap. And i do have temptations now. I chewed and spit a hot dog. Other then that im fine.
    As some may be confused why theres two posts from this account, its because theres two users. Ill always put AD2 in the title of my posts.
Daily Plan: later on maybe around 8 im going to start getting myself into a routine of working out. Ill start myself off with. 20 sit ups, 20 but crunches, 20 behind the arm weight lifts, 20 leg lifts, 20 leg spreads with weight, and 100 toe cross overs.

I feel great!! Not much to say, but my willpower has been great!

Yes It was a long binge, It was horrible, I was shocked myself! I wanted to cry, I was so pissed. I'm determined now. My girl and I have found new ways to motivate ourselves - and to me I think it will be a success. I'm hoping in the next 7 days, I'll be 103.

Today, I only had one coffee, I woke pretty early too! I'm going to get another coffee and that will be it for today!
Excercise? I'm not sure if I'll be doing much today, It's winter! When it gets warmer, I'll def rev it up!

Anorexia is all in your head, so lets start of with psychology. Be sure to fuck up your relationship with food from the start. You want to make yourself as neurotic as possible about food, eating, kitchens, cutlery, refrigerators, restaurants, and hey, why not stretch this out even further and start hating the actual source of foods, in other words the actual animals and plants. Or you can turn the vegan way and feel bad for them.

    *      Firstly, Buy a fat, blank notebook this will become your own personal anorexic sanctuary of sorts. Or get an online diary. Write down WHY you want to lose weight. Be sure to include things like how you will feel when you're 10lbs lighter, the glorious clothes you will fit into, an occasion that you would like to be thinner for like your sixteenth birthday, etc. Give yourself a final  goal, and break it up into several, smaller, goalpoints. For example, if you weigh 140lbs and would like to eventually be 90lbs, list points along the way which signify a victory for you. For example, 130lbs, and then 115lbs, then 110lbs, then 100lbs, and so on. Re-read this again and again for inspiration.

    *      Visualization, Following the same strain as NLP, or Neuro Linguistic Programming, we must use the principles of association to retrain your consciousness, and sub-consciousness, to turn food into one of the greater evils of the world. Start by associating food with disgusting things. For your first ever fast, it may be helpful to draw pictures of juicy red apples, somehow morphing into giant dead rotting pigs. Plaster these all around your house, preferably on the food itself. Never underestimate the power of images. Put pictures of fat girls on your fridge, or better yet, pictures of yourself; you're pretty fat. Conversely, stick pictures of rakish models everywhere you can see them, for inspiration, and a bit of productive self-loathing. Also, practise writing things like "I'm fat" over and over. You want to drill this into your brain. "I will be thin" is a good one, as well as other "I will" affirmations. These are positive statements and very conducive to big time weight loss.

    *      Now create a list of suitable punishments either for thinking of food, or for caving in and eating food itself. A good one to try is to keep a rubber band on your hand and flick your skin whenever you think of eating. Eventually you will have a swollen hand, and a shrunken body; you will have ceased thinking of food so much. Other punishments include ridiculous amounts of exercise, purging, self-mutilation, isolation, basic denial of necessary comforts such as blankets on a cold night, or shelter when it is raining.. or simply menial, disgusting tasks such as cleaning the bathroom. Remember, you need discipline.

    *      Invent pain and hassles for yourself. Trick yourself into believing your life sucks. Be mean to people so that they instigate fights, just to make you constantly on edge, or nervous, so you cant eat. After all, you'll be light-headed and dizzy, and irritable from not eating, so you have an excuse.

    *      Find another anorexic to consort with. Whether this be in real life, or on the internet. You can swap tips and indulge in the  anorexia world together, force each other to exercise, pat each other on the back when you reach goals, etc. You want to completely surround yourself with all thoughts of anorexia. Find pro-anorexia websites, or create your own. Sign up for one of the dozens of pro-anorexic mailing lists at Yahoo! and you'll be bombarded daily with like minded individuals.

    *      Now, immerse yourself further in anorexia propaganda, read anorexia or otherwise 'thin' inspired literature, listen to anorexic music, watch as many triggering films as you can get your delicate little mitts on, look up to very thin hollywood stars and supermodels. Also, visit as many of the aforementioned pro-anorexia sites as you can to get a bunch of quotes and 'mantras' to write in your anorexia notebook, and repeat inside your head daily. I have compiled a list of such sources of 'thinspiration'.

Starting tomorrow, as soon as you wake up. You will weigh yourself and post your starting weight in here. Then you will record your current weight which will be the same at the time, and then record your goal weight. Also try to plan out your day, to keep yourself on track. Make sure that you include times, you can work around your daily schedule.

Your post will look like this ;

Daily Plan: At 12:00pm today plan to do 20 sit ups today, 20 butt crunches, and 20 cross toe overs. After I plan to go for a walk around 1:00pm.


Later on in the day, you should post once again, stating if you have taken anything in. And your daily activities, of what you have done so far today. Also include if you have dealt with any struggles, or urges and temptations that you may have over come. Stating this will show yourself you succeeded and overcome them, it will give you a good feeling.

Example ;

Activities: Today I worked out at 12:00pm, i did follow my plan. I went for a walk at 1:00pm. Later on in the day i watched some tv.

Struggles: I found that after i watched a little bit of tv, i got a couple urges to go to the kitchen. I refrained myself from doing that, and went to my bedroom and occupied myself with looking at some magazines that helped me trigger me back on track.


If you feel as if you are going to break, immediately come report here and post the way your feeling. If you feel as if you don't need to be doing this to your body, or if you just are feeling weak, or if you can smell the food and you really want something to eat.

Ways to keep yourself on track ;
1. Look at magazines of models.
2. Keep yourself away from kitchens and food.
3. Be sure to follow your plan that you make for yourself that day.
4. You should post at least twice a day, It doesn't matter what time. Just make sure you follow the rules, It will keep you motivated when your Ana doll supporter isn't online.

Everyday Rules ;
1. Post 2 times a day.
2. Every 7 days you will weigh yourself.
3. Every 3 days you are aloud to have an apple, but no skin. You don't have to treat yourself to an apple.(We made this rule, to prevent mal-nutrition

Trying to follow these rules, will really help you keep yourself motivated. You don't have to, but they are just guidelines you can follow.

If you end up breaking, its alright. Don't beat yourself up about it. But if you do decide to break, try to make it something that falls in the negative calorie list of foods.
